We are a dynamic team of three sisters, Nicki Vincent, Georgi Alexander, and Mary Christensen, who dedicated decades to leading the Minnesota Chapter of the world’s largest networking organization for private equity and the middle market. Throughout our journey together, we have always prioritized relationships and doing what’s right for our clients. With a seamless synergy built over years of collaboration, our individual skill sets perfectly complement each other. From orchestrating large-scale events to cultivating meaningful connections, we bring a unique blend of expertise to the table. We decided to embark on a quest to make a more positive and personal impact when networking. During this transformative journey, we delved into the realms of mindfulness and meditation, and the profound impact it had on us was nothing short of remarkable. We reconnected with our own network to build out partnerships with organizations that are focused on helping people reach their goals – both personally and professionally.

Meet The

Team

MARY C.

Mary Christensen is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in association management and event planning. She has an extensive background in board support, membership engagement, event execution, sponsorship, and marketing.

In addition, Mary is a certified level 1 Kundalini Instructor, with almost a decade in health and wellness, energy, and breath work practice. Her knowledge in this area allows her to bring a unique perspective to her work and approach each project with mindfulness and intention.

Before transitioning to association management and events, Mary worked in the wireless technology industry for 10 years. This experience gave her a well-rounded background in various industries and a unique perspective on how technology can be used as a business enhancement tool.

Mary graduated Summa Cum Laude from St Cloud State University, where she majored in Speech Communication and double-minored in Intercultural Communications and Human Relations.

When she’s not working, Mary enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking, and reading. Her passion for exploring new places and ideas keeps her curious and engaged in the world around her. She is a well-rounded individual who values personal and professional growth, health and wellness. Mary’s passion for people and her dedication to her clients have made her a respected figure in the business community.

Nicki Vincent is a highly accomplished business leader and entrepreneur, spending almost three decades at the Association of Corporate Growth, Minnesota Chapter, where she made significant contributions to the organization.

During her tenure, she helped establish the association as a premier professional community for middle-market business leaders, private equity professionals, investment bankers, lenders, advisors and other deal makers in North America.

With her deep understanding of the middle market and her extensive network of contacts, Nicki is well-positioned to help businesses of all sizes and industries achieve their strategic goals as well as individuals. At NV Brands, she is committed to bringing her expertise and experience to bear in creating meaningful connections that benefit her clients in the long term.

In addition to her work at NV Brands, Nicki is also a licensed Broker/Agent in Minnesota, Florida and Costa Rica, is fluent in Spanish and she is a Certified Association Executive (CAE). She is a mentor and role model to aspiring entrepreneurs and executives and is dedicated to helping the next generation achieve their goals. Nicki is an active member of the community and has volunteered her time and resources to dozens of organizations over the years.  Nicki loves to travel, spend time with her family, boating, playing games, reading, paddle boarding, working out and helping others.

Georgi Alexander is a talented project manager and event coordinator, known for excellence in producing excellent results. With a creative approach and meticulous attention, Georgi consistently designs and executes projects surpassing expectations.

Georgi’s passion for user experiences is evident in every project she leads. Her ability to understand needs and objectives, coupled with her expertise, allows her to develop innovative and effective solutions that drive business results. Her strategic vision and leadership have helped numerous organizations achieve their goals and reach new heights. Georgi is known for her organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and her dedication to delivering high-quality results. Her strong communication and interpersonal prowess make her an effective collaborator and leader, capable of building and motivating high-performing teams.

Georgi is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure that her clients always receive the most effective solutions. Georgi is a dynamic individual who fills her free time with various activities. She values quality time with loved ones and relishes the opportunity to create memories with family and friends. Recently, she embarked on new adventures in the form of mountain biking and pickleball. Always seeking new challenges, Georgi also loves indulging in DIY projects, from crafting to home improvement. When she’s not creating, she enjoys immersing herself in crime shows and cheering on her local sports teams. Georgi’s boundless enthusiasm and diverse interests make her a fascinating individual to know.
